Mercury Timepiece

This timepiece gives you a more accurate reading of the passage of time depending on your working perception relative to standard timekeeping. It uses the Observer effect in tandem with the principle of Einstein's relativity, according to our proprietary perceptual interpreter equation. The second hand on the display will read red when you are perceiving time slower than standard time, and will display blue when you are perceiving time faster than standard time. When red, milliseconds to seconds are being wasted as compared to your standard perception of time. When blue, milliseconds to seconds are being gained as compared to your standard perception of time. You will also see the second hand move slower or faster, depending on your perception: but this is not a mechanism of the timepiece- it is your perceptual rate changing. This watch, when networked, can give you a better readout as to laggards and over-achievers at work. It can also help train you as an athlete, and give a better sense to astronauts as to their perceived passage of time, with respect to themselves and others. Space and time are forever connected in the concept of spacetime. As such, the Mercury Timepiece is so named because of the God Mercury, who traverses Earth, Heaven and Hell, and gives us a clue as to how spacetime is relative to our internal clocking ability to percieve it. When your mind is trained sufficiently with this watch, you may be able to reach higher rates of perception. The higher you go, the more Heavenly is revelead. The lower you go, the more Hellish is revealed. Note, the digital readout on the watch shown above is for display purposes only.
